WHO WE ARE

The Integrated Stroke Rehab Unit at Peterborough Regional Health Centre (PRHC) is dedicated to the care of stroke patients and provides both acute and rehab care following a stroke. Patients will remain on the unit for both their acute and rehab stay.

WHO WE ARE

The care team on the Integrated Stroke Rehab unit has special training in stroke care. Your care team includes:

  • Nurses

  • Occupational Therapists

  • Physicians

  • Pharmacists

  • Rehabilitation Assistants

  • Registered Dietitians

  • Social Workers

  • Speech Language Therapists
