All patients and designated essential caregivers entering the Health Centre will be asked to remove their own face covering and replace it with a medical-grade mask provided by the PRHC screening team.

Only patients who require emergency or Labour & Delivery care should use the Emergency Department entrance. Patients who come to the hospital for all other types of care should enter through the Main Entrance and leave additional time to pass through the screening station. Screeners will provide additional direction.

MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES DURING COVID-19

PRHC CAFETERIA

There is a small physically-separated seating area adjacent to Tim Hortons that is open for patient and visitor use. This area will provide a limited number of seating options separated by physical dividers and will be separated from the area of the cafeteria designated for PRHC healthcare workers.

Visitors may purchase food and drink from the cafeteria and Tim Hortons. Please remember to practice all required precautions when in shared eating and drinking areas with your mask removed, including maintaining two (2) metres of physical space between yourself and others at all times.

PRHC BILL PAYMENTS

Individuals who wish to pay their PRHC bills are asked to avoid coming to the hospital to do so during the COVID-19 pandemic. Bills may be paid by phone or online as follows.
