A department of the Human Resources division, Employee Relations plays a key role in helping the Health Centre attain its workplace philosophy to strive to be an employer of excellence in the region. Employee Relations provides innovative leadership and direction to the Health Centre in various aspects of human resources including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefit administration, employee/labour relations, and process and system support.
