• Certificate of Qualification in a recognized trade specifically Millwright or Stationary Engineer
• Sound knowledge of a recognized trade.
• Able to work effectively  alone as well as in a group.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills.
• Must have knowledge of building codes. 
• Must have knowledge of WHMIS.
• Good troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as a team member.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Good interpersonal and customer relation skills.
• Ability to work in confined areas and extreme temperatures.
• Demonstrated excellent attendance record with the ability to maintain this standard
