Making a gift in the name of a loved one, friend, or health care provider is a meaningful and thoughtful way to show that you care. Commemorative gifts can be made to honour the memory of a loved one, to celebrate a special occasion or holiday or as a note of thanks. When we receive your commemorative donation, a personalized card will be sent to the recipient acknowledging your thoughtful gift. We’ll then send you a thank you note and tax receipt. The amount of your donation is kept strictly confidential.
